Author's Response: After I finished "No Difference" (actually after I finished the first three chapters) I really missed Eileen, and I wanted to see my version of her playing off her son. The result, as a writer, I like better than I like "No Difference." I'm glad you enjoyed it too. After viewing Snape's memories in the pensieve, Harry knocks into a silver instrument on the desk and is sent back into Snape's past. Meanwhile, Snape is struggling to survive in the future. Beta-ed by Fang's Fawn.

Author's Response: Thanks so much! :D I will. Sirius and Remus have raised Harry since he was little. When Harry starts Hogwarts, Snape calls a conference to discuss his abominable behaviour. Just how will our favourite Marauders react to that!? Response to ObsidianEmbrace’s challenge of the same name. Dedicated to Laura Hisel, AYC’s 1000th reviewer!

Author's Response: I love writing Sirius! He's such a fun character but he has so many levels which is often forgotten when people are writing him as an overgrown kid, in fact, I think I have fallen into that trap many times myself. I am so glad you liked my portral of him in this, I did have so much fun writing it. I've never answered a P&S challenge before, I just saw this one in the 'news' box because of the new category and it was right up my street and now I think I'll go through the challenge section and find another! They really inspire plot bunnies! Thanks so much! |
