    He hadn’t known he would need to provide a blood sample, and he felt cornered.
    For a second I thought that the cornered was concerned, for a moment, I thought that at last, Snape was concerned, but you quickly crushed those hopes.
    Anyway, I love your ending line! Such a nice close for a tension packed chapter!

    I am pretty sure you are not going to continue this story, so, pray tell, why should I even consider giving you my service as a BEta? Even when I have some experience? I like Beta'ing, you know, its just the matter of there being nothing to beta! Why do most good fanfics tend to be unfinished? How irritating is that, do you know?

    Anyway, as for the story, the last few paras were a bit heavy, to emotion packed and made me want to strangle Snape, also, I wanted to see it from Severus's perspective, it's almost always more interesting than Harry's.

    Anyway, just to be alive, if you are still alive, I would like to say that I am willing to be a Beta for you.

    Author's Response: I'm not certain what made me check the reviews on this story, but for some reason I did.  It was surprising to see your comments, and I appreciate that you took the time.  To answer your questions, do I know it's frustrating when a fic isn't finished? Yep, I get it. And I'm sorry about that.  Why didn't I finish? To put it bluntly, my husband died very unexpectedly, leaving me with three small children to raise. Between life, death, children, a full-time job, the monster that is grief, and basic survival, I just didn't have the ability to write. The kids are older now, which has challenges too, but I still think about completing this fic. Time is obviously an issue, but so is direction.  I don't remember what I planned! lol. Who knows, maybe your reviews will inspire me. Hopefully this gives you some insight into what happened with this fic.  Thanks again for commenting and also for your offer to beta.  If (when) I continue, I'll give you a shout. :-)

    Is it too weird that I am writing my response to your response in your review?

    Maybe it is, but to be honest, I really don't care. Glad that you plan on completeing it! I hope your life gets better, you are one of those few people who really have a valid reason to abandon their fics, you know? Just that I have read so many of the abandoned fics that I just couldn't control myself and give you a piece of my mind.
    And, just to be honest and really nice, I will once again say, that this story is awesome.

    Fuck! Bloody fucking hell! Why was this so difficult? So many feels! My heart is pounding in my chest! It isn't very good to leave a story at a cliffhanger! I hate this!
    Oh God! You lats updated in 2013, for Merlin's sake! Why why why do you have to leave it like that?What is the matter with Dumbleodre and Harry? A staring contest? Harry isn't winning?
