Blaise probably couldn't expect much, this time. Blaise was a Death Eater's kid, raised by, if not always Death Eaters, at least not blood traitors. Molly Weasley's soul was so clean it squeaked. It was a good thing Blaise had Snape to fall back on, for awhile. Mrs. Weasley was just too...not a Death Eater. Way, way too not a Death Eater to want to keep Blaise for very long.

- Thank you so much for writing and publishing this chapter. I love it! I love what you did with the characterisation of Arthur, Blaise and especially Molly in this chapter. There were so many (too many to name) little thoughts the characters had and comments they made that I really liked. With all the characters so badly wanting to make Blaise feel part of the family you have created a situation that, I think, is somehow both heart-breaking and -mending at the same time. He has no idea what he’s getting into accepting the adoption.
