Sirius does something to Harry that he shouldnt and he shatters the poor boy's last hope of finally having a family. He's lost and hurt and terrfied with no one to turn to. - Aaww, cute and brilliant chapter! I loved that you kept Snape in character while letting him act gently in the right moments. ^____^ hehe, and I cannot deny that I liked that Sirius was punched twice (although I generally like him). ^^

Hindsight is 20/20, but when Harry's last steps into the forest set him back further than he'd ever thought, he never realised how grateful he'd be to have Snape there to help too.

- Wow, this was an absolutely brilliant chap!!! The whole cut of the horcrux thing was ingenious and I read the paragraph about Snape picking Harry up and putting him to bed trice because it was so cute and simply wonderful.
I loved the idea of the talk between Harry and Petunia. It ´was multi layered and bittersweet. or in other words: great!!
If you are wondering why I haven't reviewed the other chaps in between, as soon as my exams are over I will take the time to review each and every one, because, Merlin, your story deserves it!!
Thank you for writing such a wonderful story so far, I cannot wait for more although I have to suspect that it is nearing its end. ;___;

- Wow! Brilliant end that is not the end as there is another chapter left. I really liked the part about the cot and everything still being there making it more real that they changed the past. Well, I'm off to the next, great work you did there.

- Aaaaww, that was absolutely adorable without being cheesy. I loved your story and thank you for making it entertaining and sensitive in equal parts. Go on writing many more stories, your Melfis.
After helping Draco Malfoy escape the custody of Sirius Black, Harry endures the wrath of his Godfather. When Snape comes looking for Draco, Harry tells him that Draco has run away, and that he won’t tell him where Draco is unless Snape takes Harry with him. **Note** I'm aware that some of you don't like bad!Sirius stories. Don't worry, Sirius isn't actually in the story much, however there is redemption in the end. It's not so much that he's just bad, more that he's fallen. This story is about how people fall, and how they can make it back out in the end, getting a second chance. It is NOT a character bashing story.
