Once upon a time, a fanfiction-addict friend of mine sent me a link to a story she thought I ought to try, since two of my favorite Harry Potter characters are Harry Potter and Severus Snape. I indulged her, and ended up not sleeping that night because I had to finish it. She had sent me "A Father's Sin," by Severitus. So I'm now hooked to Severitus fanfiction, or any story in which Severus ends up caring for Harry in any way. Because Snape is too cool not to.
