With the anniversary of the defeat of Voldemort fast approaching, the Wizarding World is finding it hard to bounce back. It is then that a certain Trio (plus one) find a chance to fix things the first time around far too good an opportunity to pass up. This conflicts both Severus and Lazuli because on one hand, they're happy to see Lily again, but Severus felt betrayed by her ever since their 5th year and finds it hard to forgive her.
