    Lol cliffes eh, its cool, you update often enough hehe :D cool chapter (Snape a Gyffindor hehe) Harrys' costume made me laugh initially and then smile after that! possibly one of the best 'Harrys' I have come accross in fanfiction :)

    I do enjoy your writing as a whole, and the hurtHarry and mentoringSnape storylines are one of my favorite, but I do wish Harry would just get over himself and stay "over himself" already...he's acting such a nasty little snot that I'm not able to feel any empathy for him or what he had to go through with his horrible childhood...the purposefully antagonizing Draco - just to make himself feel better inside, the general meanness and "Marauder-ish" behavior towards Snape who is trying to help while not only being obnoxious is just getting old after 23 chapters. Blaise is really the character I'm enjoying the most right now.

    But, maybe the troll will whack Harry in the head and give him a new personality before he ends up (gee, let me guess) mouthing off sarcastically or giving some insincere BS to Snape when the teachers find them. Oooh, I'm rooting for the troll.

    Author's Response: I'm sorry you feel this way, and hope you enjoy the next chapter more. Do keep in mind that despite the fact that it has been 23 chapters, it has only been 2 months in "real time". Moving much faster than this would be unrealistic, in my opinion. Also, I don't see Harry's behavior the same way you do. Yes, he gets in fights, but Draco is as likely to start them as he is. And his behavior would be 'marauderish' if he were Snape's age or older, but Snape is well able to defend himself, and Harry feels that he is the one under attack. Still, I hope you continue to read the fic, and begin to enjoy it more again. Nobody gets all positive reviews all the time, and yours is at least polite.

    Oh, man this was tooooo funny! I just spent nearly the entire Halloween part of the chapter doing my best not to burst out laughing so my grandmother won't question my sanity (I'm spening the night at her house). I LOVED this chapter! Can't wait to see what's next!

    A nicely written chapter. Humorous yet still moving the story along. I like mischievous, prankster Harry but he also showed a lot more sense and reason during his more serious moments with Snape this time. A good balance.

    Omg!!! That was too too funny! It was great. I loved that little understanding between Malfoy and Harry.

    Oh, and Harry dressing up in a tutu as Malfoy, and then a cheerleader.

    The best part though, was making Snape a Gryffindor, and McGonagall going along with it! Too cute.

    Can't wait for the next chappie! I'm dying to find out what happens with Quirrel, and Snape figuring out his new change of House.

    I really liked this chapter. It was very dramatic. Keep up the good work and please update ASAP. :)

The next bit should be out relatively soon - It's already 16 pages long and I would normally publish it now, but I was originally planning to get to a certain point in this chapter, so it may end up being the 30-page-chapter-from-hell in which case it'll be another week or two. :0)
