    Sirius needs to understand that DUDLEY was in the wrong, not the Runespoor. Even if Dudley had died, which he didn't, Sirius would be in the wrong if he put the snake down. The runespoor doesn't deserve to die for attempting protect its young, which is well within its rights.

    Dudley knew perfectly well what he was doing was wrong and did it anyways out of sheer selfishness. Did Dudley really think that his actions would be unpunished? Besides, the likelihood that he would have been allowed to keep a 'dangerous' snake is very low.

    Wow, I read a bunch of chapters in once sitting. I really liked the trouble the four of them were in when they visited Katie. I really liked this chapter as well with Dudley and Harry getting along. I hope there is more conflict coming up. Keep up the good work and please update ASAP. :)

    Ah that was a lovely scene with Severus showing the boys something like shaving, is how it should be done :) seems to be going well with the visitors so far, im wondering what you have in mind for them lol :)

    *chuckles softly* I never cut myself, but I did shave in the wrong direction. Urrrrg, but does it itch when it's growing in! Kudos on several well written chapters. I would have read sooner, but I have been busy with school and stuff.

    I had a feeling that this would be Petunia's news. It certainly made sense. I wonder if Sirius will adopt Dudley?

    I'm glad that the visit is going well so far and that there haven't been any real fights. Perhaps they will be able to spend more time as a family if this visit goes well.

    It's really good that Severus has as much patience as he does. I'm sure that his lessons on shaving will keep the boys from inadvertantly cutting themselves badly enough to scar.

    Ok I just read The Heir and this straight through for 5 days. What a fantastic story! I love it. I can't wait to see what happens next!
