    If Minerva is leaving too then I think Sev will make a great choice for headmaster :) he would be good at getting people to listen and keeping order, and Albus loves him so he would be there to advise if he needed it too, so good to see Harry adopted too :)

    Yes Severus should, as long as he thinks he can handle it and it's his decision and he's not manipulated into it by Dumbledore.

    Yes! Harry finally got adopted! I was hoping for it. Those two really need each other and they've come a long way. A very long way.

    I think he ought to take the position he'd be great at it!

    I don't think Snape should accept the job just because Dumbledore asked him to. He and Harry have both done their bit. If they want to travel around the world in Indiana Jones hats collecting rare potions ingredients, they've earned the right to do that. Snape was locked into Hogwarts for years on Dumbledore's say-so, and Harry never had a life at all. Again, Dumbledore's call. It's time for the two of them to sit down and decide what they want out of life. There are good reasons why Sev might want to stay at Hogwarts, and if he does, great. But he should set an example for Harry and do it because it's the right thing for him and his family, if he does.

    I definitely saw this coming; who else would Albus choose? Severus should take the position; no one else is a better choice. Severus cares about the education of children and can easily handle the Minister. He will be fabulous at it.

    They are finally officially a family! Wonderful!! I'm so happy for them.

    Another wonderful chapter. I think Severus has Headmaster is a wonderful idea. Will also keep the reports away from he and Harry....protection of Hogwarts wards.....I so look forward to your next chapter! I so love your work. Are you thinking of another in this series, since Harry now is in position of the Half Blood Prince's book with Severus to oversee him with it??? What a possibilitiy.

    Aw...I'm so pleased that Harry and Severus are finally a family. They both really deserve to have someone to care about and love.

    What a honour for Severus to be chosen as Headmaster. I hope that he takes it; I think that he'd make a great Headmaster.

    But Harry had better watch it!!!

    Uh...I was wondering...Will there be a third in the series after you're finished this one, since I'm sensing that we're nearing the end?

    I'd love to see how Harry fares in, uh...what is it, his sixth year?

    Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, but I've been swamped with reviews and trying to write three or four stories at the same time.

    yeah they really do need each other and this last part will focus on helping each other cope with PTSD and learning to love unconditionally.

    I do have plans for a sequel, sine I can't fit everything I want to in this story, it would drag on too much and ruin the flow.

    Oh, this was lovely, and not boring at all! I did guess adoption so thanks for the chocolate frogs and house points. Is Albus going to offer Severus the position of Headmaster? That would be my inclination. But would Severus accept it? Hmmmm. That's much harder to answer. And I'm not a Slytherin so haven't a clue how Sev would react to such a request.

    In any case, I'm looking forward to what you have hidden up your sleeve...and especially the meeting between HArry and the Minister of Magic. Hmmm. Publiscizing that Fudge just dumped helpless children in the middle of a cursed wood and warded it so they couldn't leave would probably have Molly Weasley and every other witch of her protective ilk up in arms in an instant. I bet Cornelius Fudge couldn't resign his position and flee to South America fast enough if that happened!
