Thanks for the review ^^ As you've suggested, Harry does regress into the behaviour of a younger child, especially under highly stressful circumstances. In the last few chapters, this is especially pronounced as Harry has just lost Voldemort's soul shard; that nasty little voice is no longer disparaging him and, therefore, Harry is slightly off-balance and, as he's considerably more confident in his emotions, he's rather needy and does not scruple to conceal it. Also, Harry has Draco as a role model and Draco acts rather younger than his years around his parents, especially his doating Dad.

However, Harry often acts with a maturity which is far greater than his years, (i.e. his sentiments towards Ron when 'Scabbers' died), so he's a mixture, like most abused children.
