    Adoption...what an excellent idea! Say yes, Harry! I'm happy that Severus has made this decision and I'm sure that they will make a strong and happy family group. There will be bumps along the road, of course, but that is perfectly normal in any family.

    Well...Severus now knows about Harry's attempt to rope Draco into looking for the Sword of Slytherin. I wonder what he will do to punish Harry for his plans? And will Harry really give up on the idea? Who knows, that sword might just be what is needed....

    We'll just have to see what Harry says in the next chapter. ;) Like there's any doubt, though. :D

    Unfortunately, at this point I still haven't figured out what I want Snape to use as punishment for Harry. I had thought about a grounding, but this attempt could have seriously hurt Harry, and I doubt he'd get off that easy.

    In response to the Sword of Slytherin, I'm thinking a sequel might be in order because I have a definite idea of where I want to go with it, but then this story would be way too long for it. So...sequel is in order.

    Good start. I like the point of view. This sounds like Harry is going to have an interesting summer. :)

    Author's Response: Oh, he is most definitely going to have an interesting summer. I had thought about having it as third person at first, but then just decided that this was the best so that we as the readers get to experience everything with Harry. Thanks for the review. :)

    Oh boy Harry you do find yourself in trouble! I think that Harry could probably use Slytherin's sword because of the powers given to him by Voldemort, you might even have to speak parseltongue to use it. As for Severus, well...... depends on the mood he's in when he reads it. However I think it will remind Snape how insecure Harry still is.

    Author's Response: Personally, I always thought Harry should have added Resident Troublemaker to the end of his name. :D Good prediction about Snape. We will just have to see in the next chapter. :) Thanks for the review.

    Oh dear! I do hope that the boys won't get themselves in trouble whilst looking for Slytherin's sword. If something happens to Harry again (no matter what it might be), Severus might just kill them. We already know that Gryffindor's sword can be used by Harry, so I wonder what would happen if he found Slytherins....

    I do hope that Severus won't be too put out by Harry's smart ass responce to question four. I'm sure that he will realize that it wasn't really meant to offend and was rather humorous. Perhaps Harry should apologize early just in case..xD!

    While I understand WHY they put the link into Harry's mind, I can't agree with it. It's a violation of Harry's mind and of his privacy, established without permission. It might even be illegal. They shouldn't be privy to every thing he thinks about. They will have to teach him Occlumancy, so that he will be able to protect his thoughts when he wants them to remain private.

    Author's Response: I'm working off the assumption that the link strengthens only when Harry's emotions are hightened, so random stuff like thinking Malfoy's a git won't be heard by Snape. Also, I'm sure you know that to Snape that it's just background noise really, so Harry should be relatively safe. It is a violation of privacy, yes, but Harry now knows about it. If he has a problem about it, he'll make sure Snape knows about it, which should happen soon and create some strife between the two. :) About the Occlumency, I'm leading up to Snape teaching that. Thanks for the review. :)

    It will be interesting to see how Sev reacts when he finds out how the Dursleys actually treated Harry, or if he ever does find out. Great chapter, love the banter between the three.

    xD! Poor Harry! Now he has to deal with Severus and Aurora being able to hear his every thought. I wonder if Severus was deliberately scaring him?

    Yes, definitely poor Harry. :) Perhaps Occlumency would be a good thing to learn now for him. :) Well, I had to make Snape a bit more playful with Harry, and I've always thought of him acting with Harry like a snake waiting for his mouse . Thanks for the review. :)
