I am cheering that Snape finally woke up to see Harry for who he really is...his son!!
You did a great job on showing how Snape was shocked into action.
Looking forward to seeing if Snape will finally start to treat Harry better.
To this day I feel that Hufflepuff should not have been awarded the game. When Harry fell, time should have stopped, especially since Harry could have easily have died.
I am glad that Severus has FINALLY woken up and realized that Harry is not James and never was. Even if he had been biologically James, he never knew the man.....

I hope Harry NOT forgive Snape.
I would like to see Snape, trying to fix things, without being able to do.
I want to see Harry, as an adult, noting that Snape is not needed.
Snape would be good to know it's too late to fix things.
As I once heard
way too little, way too late
So excited! Snape has seen the light! I can't wait to reading whats to come and how Ian reacts to this development.

I don't think it was overdone at all. I really like that Snape is finally starting to shift how he thinks about Harry. Separating Harry from James is a big first step. This story is amazing. Keep up the good work!

you did great wring this chapter! It is good to see that snape finally realized that harry potter is not james potter and therefore is different from him. i just hope harry doesnt forgive him right away. i just want snape to regret what hes done to harry and maybe his protective side will show more when sirius is in the picture. we still would like to see sirius and harry's closeness that will have snape rolling of jealousy. i hope he realizes that he has pushed harry away from him too far for harry to accept their relationship right away. please have harry experience a family with sirius or remus being the adult figure for him now while snape swallow his pride and actually apologize to harry. overall, it was well written and i cannot wait for the next chapter!. EVERYBODY WE SHOULD COMMENT AND MAKE IT TO 400 REVIEWS maybe we;ll get another chapter next week:P thanks!!

Quiero darte mis más profundas felicitaciones, porque has tomado el gran paso de abordar la línea que comenzara a movilizar tu historia al siguiente nivel
felicidades!!!!
Fue un muy buen capítulo, sin duda es grandioso que Severus tenga esta llamada de atención y comience a ver los pequeños detalles y grandes diferencias que Harry tiene respecto a James, y que empiece a reconocerse a sí mismo que el niño tiene mucho potencial y sobre todo que es SU niño.
En fin...., sin duda no espero que la relación cambie al instante, supongo que con el ritmo que tienes las cosas se sentaran en una buena relación padre-hijo al final del quinto año,
después de todo el drama y suspenso
pues si bien Harry es un personaje que tiende a perdonar fácilmente como un Snape también es capaz de guardar algunas rabias por mucho tiempo, y aun más ser sumamente desconfiado
pero en fin........... fue un muy buen capítulo!!!
