Thank you a lovely fluffy chapter after all the angst. I’m a bit confused about Harry’s money as in the first story he didn’t have enough money to buy clothes. Are these new vaults that he has just found out about?

Yes, these are new vaults he got access to when he turned 17 (= became an adult).
Previously, he only had access to a small vault that his parents had prepared to cover his time at Hogwarts. (Of course he had no idea there was more money to come, until he received the bank's letter on his seventeenth birthday.)
