Harry's discovered as a Parselmouth at that moment, and Snape's reactions are briefly described from Harry's POV on p. 195 of the US version of COS (Chapter 11, the Dueling Club). Only Snape's musings/inner monologue allowed. Maybe 100 words or so, maybe quite long, you decide.
