Reviews For Muggleville
Author's Response: Wow, what a great compliment! Thank you! :) I just posted the next chapter.
I have missed your story and was afraid that your other commitments might have made it impossible for you to continue. You cannot imagine my delight when I saw the Christmas update. What a wonderful present. Thank you so much! Author's Response: Nope, difficult but not impossible! I will strive onward! Thanks for your review. :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! It really means a lot when readers enjoy the story and can tell me that. It reminds me to keep writing, no matter what! I just updated the next chapter.
Author's Response: Oh great! I'm so glad that you are noticing! Thank you!
I'm worried about how Snape and Harry are going to get along after the tantrum. After all, it's obvious that Snape is really starting to care about Harry and I'd hate to see him go back to his previously insufferable self. Thanks for writing such a great fic. -P.G. Author's Response: Aw, yes it wasn't a full chapter, but I was afriad that if I didn't update then, that I never would. I'm glad i did even though it took months for the next chapter to be posted. Thanks for your review! :)
Author's Response: I love cookies! :) Thanks!
Author's Response: Oh hooray! I'm so glad that you like Hoppity's name, and the characterations of the characters. They will indeed remember Harry's birthday, but only when it's too late.
Author's Response: I will do my best!
Author's Response: thank you! :) I'm glad!
I could see Snape struggling with himself not to hit Harry. You could have his inner turmoil on that, and then I could realistically see him getting frustrated, picking Harry up bodily and putting him in his room with a strong warning to stay put or else! Then when Harry calms down, I could see Snape coming up with some punishment that Harry absolutely loathes, like he's not allowed to play outside, or not allowed to watch tv, or scrub caulderons or something equally horrible. But yeah...I could see Snape definitely wanting to hit Harry, but stopping himself because of Hoppity and not wanting to be like his own abusive father. Yeah, you could have Hoppity and Snape arguing about an appropriate punishment. That would make nice angst! Oh, I'm not trying to tell you how to write your story, just offering ideas. But I have faith that you'll come up with something great and funny too! Oh...I'm so anxious for the next part! Did I say that I'm really glad that you're back! Author's Response: Thank you so much for this review!! i didn't tell you at the time, but your comments helped me get over the hurdle of writing this scene, and helped me figure out what was going to happen! You really helped contribute! Thank you! I thought about all of your ideas, and came up with a scebe, but I'm afraid that I didn't write it down right away, so I forgot about the details and just wrote what came to me. It would be interesting to see some alternate one-shots, however. |
