This was wonderful.  To have Severus called on his actions, both by Narcissa and then the Bloody Baron, was a great contrast and an effective one.  I also enjoyed the way he comes to realize he wasn't the victim, and how he is now worrying about Harry.

 On a side note, I hope grad school goes well for you.  I'm in law school, I know how hard it can be.  And as for not writing in August, well, we'll be twice as grateful when you can update.  Thank you for doing it so frequently, and for letting us know that you can't in August instead of not saying anything.  And above all, good luck!
