Dudley in Hogwarts should be rather interesting...

Ouch--Harry was pretty harsh on Draco...

Going to live with Snape. The inevitable. And another one of those changing points in this epic story. I love Harry's first few days there, so I can't wait to read those again, haha. The horror he must feel... Man.

On a personal note - I think this is the chapter that gave me a paradigm shift of my own (if you could call it that), in that I realized that I was not the Gryffindor I wanted so badly to be, but that I am a Slytherin. I don't know how good of a thing I really believe it to be (considering some of the people in those house, though the story also taught me that those people don't have any bearing on that. Not really, anyway. Not where it matters.) but that's what I am. And I'm proud of it too, haha. Makes me feel kinda bad in a way, which is a fun feeling.

You idiot child. *Sigh* It's such a sweet - and odd - sentiment, isn't it? I love how he uses it though, how it's affectionate even when it sounds like an insult. Good ol' Severus.

The detail about how the ring came into play, how it's what essentially got them out of the forest, and how Harry had never had it before... It's powerful, Aspen. Really powerful. I would tear up too.

    Well done :D

I listened to the MP3 of this the other day while at work (came on with shuffle mode) and it just brought back to me all those sinking, horrid feelings that I know Draco is feeling at that point. I would be hysterical if I were in Harry's shoes too, but man... Harry was brutal, wasn't he? When you can see both sides it's so heart breaking to read. And listen to for that matter.

It's amazing, how detailed about the scene you are even though Harry couldn't see. And his mantra "what must be" is so sad. I can't imagine... poor Harry having to go through all of this T_T.

I'm glad that you keep his character strong though. He's not all injured and weak, but demanding answers from Dumbledore. Your fic really is amazing.

(I don't belong here, and I'd drop this in the group, but I don't have access at the moment, and I don't want to forget.) I never even though of Lucinda... That really goes to show how much re-reading this is worth. I've done it multiple times and this is the first I've even given it a second thought. How useful it would have been for Harry to know...

Great chapters! Draco acted almost gryfindorish by risking everything to get that wand. Is Harry going to be able to control this wild magic?

Is he ever going to get his magic back? I was re-reading his 'dreams' and it said he hit Ron with his fist... Could that be foreshadowing for the act that Harry might not get his magic back?
