Man, what a cliffhanger!!!!!!! Dang it, Severus and Harry were so close to having what they want; but sadly wanting doesn't always get us what we need. Can I check back tomorrow for an update (begging profusely!)?
Oh man. That was just heartbreaking. I do love the absolute inventiveness of this story, how ruthlessly the Room delves into Snape and Harry's pasts. When Snape said "you must not tempt me" I actually winced. Poor, brave man.
Severus and Harry are really having to deal with their demons in this. How sad that Harry had to obliviate Lily, but he now has some memories of her. And he knows just how bad things were for Severus. I hope they're heading to Privet Drive now.
Oh wow, that's so horribly sad T_T. Poor Harry AND poor Snape. Gah, I can't wait for an update. Your story is really very interesting and entertaining. I hope things work out okay in the end for Harry and Snape. And yeah, I must read an update!

This chapter made me teary! The Snape/Lily thing was so bittersweet when I read it in DH, and to see the way it played out here with Harry thrown into the mix ... oh goodness, you wrote it just so beautifully! All through the story, these snatches of memory/past sequences are so well-written, and are some of my favourite parts of this story! Please update soon - I can't wait to read the next chapter!

Aaawww!!! Poor Harry! Just another example of how self-less our hero is. I loved the fact that Snape was sorely tempted to reveal everything to Lily, as well. And now, after Harry has met little Severus, maybe, just maybe the two of them will realize just how much alike they are.
