I'm glad that Ron has gotten over Severus turning good and I thought it was really amazing when HE was the one to stop Hermione from blurting out questions when Harry arrived. While this is amazing, and a very sweet end to a story, Harry will have to talk about what has happened sometime, won't he?

I absolutely adore this story. It's incredibly heartfelt and painful, but there's just something about it that I love. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to read more!
This story manages to keep me continually interested. I thought the line "I will not give you details, as I said earlier. You neither need them nor deserve them" was especially chilling. It must be hard to write something like this but you do it so well, I just wanted to say that...
Wonderful amazing work. I've always been amazed with how quickly you update, despite the fact that you have three stories going. You must be very organized and efficient to keep all three of them up, even if you get work time to do them. I'll be thrilled to get one chapter per story a week, especially considering there are stories I check on every day for months without updates. And yours are just as good or better. Keep up the amazing work! The characters feel very canon to me, and the situation seems very realistic.

You made me cry! I never cry, shame on you! *sniffles*
But it was a great chapter and I liked Snape's recap of Harry's summer. He really showed a whole new side of himself, while talking to Harry's friends.
Looking forward to the next chapter
You could have warned us to have our hankies ready while reading this chapter, you know. Hearing Snape recount all that Harry went through was almost as bad as reading it as it happened. I don't know how in the world he is still able to act relatively normal. I know that I would be balled up in a corner somewhere.
I'm glad Hermione and Ron reacted as they did. I can imagine how shocked they were to find out what all had happened to Harry, not to mention the fact that he is now Snape's ward, but being able to push all of that aside for Harry's benefit shows just how much they love him.

Wow!! Fantastic chapter!! Severus did a really good job of talking with Hermione and Ron, even though Ron was being a bit of a prat, and he managed to convey the awfulness of Harry's experience without getting too horribly graphic - I'm glad Ron redeemed himself by stopping Hermione's inquisition, and I hope that Harry will be able to go to school without too much trauma!!
I'm very much looking forward to the sequel - I'm not sure if because Lucius is disowned if that affects Draco's position in the Wizarding World or if he's banished his father too. Either way, I imagine that we'll be in for some major fireworks over the events of the summer, or maybe Draco will see how his father's been repaid for his loyalty to Voldemort and decide to change sides - I can hope?!

I love this story. Great update. I liked your switching to Hermione's point of view for awhile. I thought that really helped that scene.
Do they really call it Disney's Mouse? That's pretty cool, lol. Gotta love that place... I loved that Ron was so shocked by finding out that America is almost the size of all of Europe, lol.
Hermione's reaction was perfect. I don't think I'd handle that kind of news much better, and she's far more rational than I'll ever be, lol.

I butchered several of the American placenames names on purpose, (like Wideway instead of Broadway) to convey Ron's Wizarding perspective on Muggle America, but um, no, it's just called Disney World, if you go to Florida, and Disneyland if you're in California. :-) Thanks for the review! Wow, that was good. Even though I knew everything that had happened over the summer, I still felt upset along with Severus as he was outlining it and almost surprised too, which is silly. But that was great! It's exciting to have Hermione and Ron in on the story, and their reactions were good.
I wondered how you had so much time to write. Oh well, hopefully the work isn't too strenuous.
