Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing! And yep, I'm trying to do a "Half-Blood Prince" AU, although it will be very different in a lot of ways, of course. I also want to do an AU of "Deathly Hallows" and one for the year afterwards. The funny thing is, that while I've got most of this story planned and a good bit of the next one, it's the last story I'm really excited about and can't wait to get to, even though it's a long ways off. And of course Sluggie had to be here, we've got to get that Horcrux memory from him, after all. Thanks again!
I love this part He felt a glowing warmth deep in his heart, and had to swallow before saying huskily, "Yeah, I will. I love this feeling Harry has whenever Severus does something to make Harry feel like that! ^^ haha Author's Response: Thank you! You know, I think I responded to you, but I guess the site ate it when it was having all that trouble. Anyway, I'm happy you enjoyed the chapter. And growing up with the Dursleys has certainly had an impact on Harry. I think it still really means a lot to him to find out that someone likes him. And with it being Snape---well, that really is something!
Yet another chapter?! Wow, I have to read on... Author's Response: Thanks, but not another chapter, I'm afraid. I accidently double posted. When I tried to delete it, it looked like I might delete the whole story, so I'm going to wait to see what to do.
