Reviews For Harry Potter and the Potions Professor
I can't wait to see where you take this next - please update soon! Author's Response: Thank you! I've gotten a little behind on this one...I'd planned to update it already, but real life has been pretty busy. My kids have have needed help with studying for end-of-year tests, and other end-of-school activities and I've had to put writing on hold for the past few days. But I'm going to work on PP again tonight, and hopefully the next chapter will be done soon! Glad you're liking it!
Author's Response: Thank you! The ending was fun to write.
Author's Response: Thank you! I hoped it might work...Harry is under a lot of stress there, and maybe not thinking things through as well as he should, but we all are guilty of that sometimes, right?
Author's Response: Thank you! I hoped it might not be too unbelievable.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm so happy you did!
Author's Response: Thank you! You know it's funny; the part about Sirius' bedroom is actually canon. I re-read the description of his room in DH before writing this chapter so I could describe it accurately. It says that he had Gryffindor banners and Muggle posters of girls in bikinis stuck on his walls with Permanent Sticking Charms so his parents couldn't remove anything. I'm sure glad my own kids can't put things up with Permanent Sticking Charms...there's no telling what my house would look like! Thanks again!
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, that's exactly what I thought, too!
Author's Response: Thank you! I do think Severus and Harry still need to talk more about Severus' past, and they will. You know, Harry has always seemed very forgiving to me. I really would have liked to have seen him and Severus reconcile in canon. I think if Severus had only made half an effort Harry would have more than met him. I read a discussion once where people were theorizing that Snape was always so mean to Harry not so much because Harry reminded him of James, but that Harry reminded him of his own worst mistake and made him feel so guilty for his part in Lily's death and in ruining Harry's life. I thought that was kind of interesting and wondered if there was some truth to that.
