Hi, Teddy!  No, I'm not really addicted to one-shots, I don't think.  It's just that I have this whole universe with Harry and Severus planned out, and sometimes I get a bug to write an event that isn't coming up for a while, or I think of a little scene that could fit in with what I've planned, and I can't resist going on and writing it out.  Think of it as snippets from one big story, I guess.

No promises on "Potions Professor", I'm afraid.  I am going to try to work on ch. 19 this weekend, but with the holidays coming up, I just don't know how much I'm going to get done.  But I'll try.
