Author's Response: It probably was. This was only my second every Harry Potter fan fic and my first ever Snape and Harry themed fic. My writing and plot lines have improved since then.

So I first want to say that I've been reading many of your stories and you're a very good writer. Unfortunately I'm not a very good reviewer because I don't often write reviews just to praise. And that is the case with this lol. Not a big deal, and it could be wrong because I haven't read the first book where I believe it's written in a while. But I thought that 17 sickels equaled 1 galleon. So to me it doesn't make sense to have that in the story when he could have just gotten 2 galleons.
OH MY GOD.
THIS CHAPTER IS AMAZING
WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO FIND THIS SLICE OF GOODNESS?
ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT IN THE DAD/SON SCENE WAS MY BABIES. THIS IS AWESOME.

Bothers me that Ron acted like a jerk for weeks in 4th year and was immediately forgiven, but here Harry can't even get in an 'I'm sorry' once her realized his mistake. Excellent story BTW.
