I must say that sounds quite melodramatic, doesn't it? I mean really, what did they go through? After all that Harry went through before this is nothing compared.
Harry sounds really whiney to me. the canon Harry wouldn't act like that, especially a 16 year old boy. It's really hard to find this realistic. which is a pity because it sounded quite interesting.

I really like the idea of this! It's quite well written, too. I just find Harry a bit annoying. Admitting that he breaks rules all the time, but throwing a fit because he didn't steal. One little thing amongst all the others...
and Snape is also a bit too nice suddenly.
Nice one! Good idea - the magic- deflecting area.
