That was great. I think it did the challenge well, and I liked the Snape-Harry relationship and how it started and turned out. Very good.

I was looking through your reviews for this story, and I was surprised to find I had never reviewed this myself. This piece is absolutely stunning, almost poetic in a way. I just love that you never gave "The Man's" name. Harry's complete terror was so very real, that I could feel it from my head to my toe's. I was practically shivering. The progression of Snape and Harry's relationship was highly realistic. I think you should post this on ff.net too, since you have an account there, and then you should write companion pieces to this. I'd be quite interested in reading this story from Minvera's perspective or Dumbledore's, for example. I'd love to know Minvera's reaction when she found "Man" in the hallway, after Harry ran away.

This was really good. I do have a problem with the slash warning. I realize that slash is a male/male relationship like Lockhart and Harry, but I also feel that slash means a willing relationship. Harry was anything but willing. Their relationship was simply rape.

I like how kind Snape was and willing to be Harry's safe person. Great story.

    Author's Response:

    Thank you.

Technically, slash is Man on Man. Non-con or not, it's still Man on Man. And the mod of this wonderful site thought it better to warn than no, and I agree.

I really like the way you show Harry's thoughts, and his focus on Snape as safe makes a lot of sense. I'd love to see a follow up of this. Great job :D

    Author's Response:

You know what? I'd love to see a follow up on this, to, but alas. Snape took Harry in his arms and ran away. ;)

    Thank you.

Excellently written. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that the perpetrator would act that way, especially given his lack of ethics in regards to using hte "Obliviate" spell and taking other people's work and successes for his own. I'd love to see what Snape would to to the S.O.B.

    Well written.

    Author's Response:

    Thank you! =)

Hmm...what could Severus possibly do to him? Brilliant wizard and Potions Master that he is... ;)

That was excellent. Yeah, I can figure out who the slimy excuse for a human being was.Hopefully, McGonagill blasted him into the wall (and messed up his hair).

Severus would always be the safe one to go to.

    Author's Response:

She cursed him to live an eternity with split hair ends!

Who would dare to attack Severus?
