Reviews For Life as Dictated by a Talking Hat
Author's Response: I'm glad you like it so much!! Yey!! Thanks for reviewing!!
Author's Response: LOL we'll see...I honestly don't know yet. I never know what's going to happen until I've written it. (Or the characters have written it, depending on who you talk to. Sometimes I feel like I'm just taking dictation.) Thanks for the review!!!
Author's Response: LOL I'm glad you liked it so much! Yeah Harry's definitely very stubborn. Thanks for the review!!
excellent chapter. like usual. [: Author's Response: YAY!!! So glad you like it!! :0)
~Frosty Author's Response: According to the Lexicon (it's the best HP info site EVER) they have Astronomy at least every Wednesday night. We don't actually meet Sinestra in canon, though, so I got to make her who I wanted her to be. Which, of course, is a bitch on wheels. Thanks for the review!! I'm glad you liked the chapter!!
An hour to say "anything"? BTW: I'm currently reading the latest Anita Blake book. It rocks! Edward is so cool! Author's Response: LOL yeah. I wonder what Harry'll have to say. Woot!! Go Anita Blake!! Yeah I haven't finished the series - I just ran out of the ones I bought. I'm on Incubus Dreams, but am putting off reading it because last time the series ate my life for like a week and a half. lol. And I agree, Edward is AWESOME. However, I really love books where my favorite character is the main, which is the case in this series - go Anita!!! She's so awesome. I like how she's totally capable of keeping up with the men, but not because she has equal physical strength to them (that would be unrealistic) but through force of will, magic, and firearms. She's just awesome. :-)
I don't know if even Harry could spend one hour throwing insults and curses to Snape lol but it would be nice to see lol Author's Response: Yeah he'd probably get tired. Then again, Snape WANTS him to talk, so for all we know he'll egg him on. (I don't know yet. I don't write this story - the characters do. I just take dictation.) lol it really feels like that sometimes - that's what makes it fun. Anyway I'm rambling. Thanks for the review!! Glad you liked it, and you're very welcome!
Author's Response: Cool!! Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. Yeah, I think it's important that BOTH Snape and Harry give a little for this to work. It can't just be Snape wearing Harry down. :0)
As for the Anita Blake series, I sympathize; I remember when I first found that series, and to this day I eagerly await each new book. If you liked that, you should give her Merry Gentry series a look; she's done some absolutely lovely things with Celtic mythology there, and I actually prefer Merry Gentry to Anita Blake. Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it!! Yeah, I think we made some progress in this chapter, and I, too, love Minerva McGonagall. She may be my favorite character in canon. (Along with Snape and the Weasley twins) LOL on the Anita Blake. I was lucky - I'd only bought a certain number of the books and so ran out in time to eventually get this chapter out. What's the first book of the Merry Gentry series called? I'll check it out. For the record, if you like Laurell K Hamilton DON'T read Charlaine Harris - it's like Anita Blake toned down. I found it seriously boring, though I may try out the TB-show, which will be necessarily faster-paced.
Sinistra is just maddening.. grr. Author's Response: Yeah, serious grrrr for me, too. What a bitch! Anyway, yeah that convo should be interesting. Thanks for reviewing!!! |
