Ah, super painful when someone just pulls away out of the blue. I hope Snape can figure out what’s going on and help snap Harry out of it.
Might I say, 'Ouch'? It's not only frustrating, but painful when someone you care about suddenly pulls away and you can't figure out the reason behind it. Poor Severus. And Harry. Any everyone else, for that matter, as they're getting caught in the backlash.

Aww Harry! I just want to shake him and yell that Severus cares!! stupid Dursleys have done so much damage to him, cannot wait for more as usual lol :)

Yay you're back and this was an awesome chapter. It was worth the wait. I've been dying for another chapter and right when I got back home from vacation, to my surprise another awesome chapter was waiting for me. Yay. Thank you for making my day. It was a long drive home. I love this story and I hope soon Snape figures out what is wrong with Harry this time. Keep up the good work and please update ASAP. :)

Okay. So you should know that I've been reading fics on this website for months, and I've never once reviewed anything. I've been reading fic in general for years, and I almost never review anything else, either. So when I say I love your story - I really love your story. After looking forward to chapters for so long, I finally had to say something :).
This story makes me so happy, because it's always so deeply satisfying to read. I'm in a place where I really need the happiness, so I really really appreciate your updates and I'm SO glad to hear you're off hiatus. I hope you continue writing this fic for an endless time to come.
The characterizations are great. I especially love this new twist, with polite!Harry and his realization that Snape is more than a teacher but maybe shouldn't be. As someone who reads a lot of fic about evil!Dumbledore, I also really appreciate that he's not evil in your fic Anyway, love this and can't wait for the next chapter!

Awwwwwww!!! Dont you just wanna hug Harry? And Snape? And Blaise... just for good measure. I'm so looking forward to further developments on this particular issue of Harry's, despite the other (many) issues he's had through this fic, this idea that none of these relationships will actually last has been the most pervasive... and the cause of all the rest really. Absolutely cant wait for more (and I realise how incredibly greedy that sounds given how busy you've been and that you just updated with an awesome, rather long chapter, so thank you for that! You've brightened this period of procrastination that is the last three weeks of my first uni semester *cookies for you!!!*)
The sheer amount of work it sounded like you had to do sounds horrifyingly tedious, bet you're glad that's over (although are there more papers and exams in your future?) - Sure you did incredibly well with them though ^^ - Hope your period of r&r is (was?... hopefully is) fun and relaxing and full of writing (because this fic is just that awesome).

The idea that nobody is going to stay with him in any lasting manner is a real 'issue' with Harry, so hopefully this last flare-up will get it resolved a bit. And my exams and stuff went well, thank you. It was nuts for awhile in there, but I managed. :0) Hope you enjoy this next chapter! Thanks again for the review!
