Reviews For Life as Dictated by a Talking Hat
I hope that Harry finally lets Snape in. He desperately needs someone to care about him. Author's Response: :-) Glad you liked it. I think we all want to see Flint get his comeuppance. (Including Snape, and what Snape wants...) :-)
I want to get to the bit where Harry finally tells Snape more about the Dursleys - I want to see his reaction! Still, I like the pace this is going, and I hope Flint gets his a*** expelled for almost killing a first year... and for muggle duelling! Author's Response: We shall see...don't worry. I haven't forgotten about the Dursleys (or Flint, for that matter), and neither has Sev.
Author's Response: You'll have to wait and see... *evil grin*
I liked how Severus handled Harry after the prank though and hope he finds out who hurt Harry next chapter. Tell him, Harry! And we both updated, yay! Author's Response: YAY!! Though now you've got to update again 'cause you left us with that cliffie. (Harry coming back in with Snape right there! OMG I'm like freakin' out! lol) I'm glad you like the chapter! Next is up, yay!
Author's Response: Thanks a lot!! I'm so glad you like it.
Author's Response: Thanks! Especially for the comment about the not-cliffie! I tried really hard not to make it a cliffie, (I could have left it when Snape rushed out to find Harry, instead of when Harry woke up) and everyone's mad at me!! lol.
Author's Response: What do you mean, 'not much of a review???' You said nice things!! :-) Thanks!
Loved the chapter as usual, I cant believe Flint was so mean to poor Harry just because of some missed practices! im glad that Kallie went to Severus with it in the end, im looking forward to seeing how he will now deal with Harrys' lying and not getting help when he had told him to :) Author's Response: :-) Thanks :-) Next chapter's up...and has much less of a cliffie, I think. lol
Author's Response: Thanks! I totally should've left it when Snape rushed out to find him, instead of when Harry woke up. Then you'd've REALLY wanted to murder me. :-)
Amazing that even despite seeing Snape go all protective over him because of Filch, Harry still can't get it through his thick skull that maybe bleeding from the kidneys is something that warrants attention. I though we'd had a breakthrough...but I guess one can never forget that he's a stubborn 11yr old, lol. A comment more on style: Love the use of Harry's rationalization of his lies and evasions. The contrast between what's said and what's being thought very much allows a reader to empathize with Harry's perceived situation. Author's Response: Thanks! (Especially for the last comment - that's exactly what I was going for.) I updated!! Yey!! :-) |
