Reviews For Brothers of Bond
Author's Response: Alifromnm, Thanks! Ha, I couldn't bet though because I already know. But I'd love a chocolate galleon. -Mel :)
Great chappie, and I'm so glad that someone is finally taking notice of their family situation. I'm glad that Snape is taking an interest in them, and that he's not being fooled. I'm glad too that he overheard that conversation, otherwise he might be fooled by their answers. But Snape is no fool! Author's Response: Pandora, Thanks! Hahahaha, oh that's funny. Wash his hair *snort*. Thank-you. Snape is certainly no fool (reminds me of a song that I thought was sooo him, but anyway), and he's certainly taking notice although he's only "curious" of course ;). He may be fooled by words but he's a leginimens don't forget (how do you spell that blasted word? I will need it later too, gah). Thanks for the review, as always! -Mel :)
I love how sneaky Snape was in observing the boys fighting, and while not deducting points from his own House, he gave them all detention. Nice work in developing the story. I like how Snape acts like he hates Harry, but obviously he doesn't really, even if he won't admit it to himself or Harry. Looking forward to the next chappie. Author's Response: Pandora, More people are becoming suspicious and perhaps they will be able to put the pieces together even though Snape sort of has but refuses to "over-react" or accept that the boys are really that mistreated and unloved for it was what he's always feared. As for them getting away from the Dursleys...hm, maybe. Sneaky Slytherin...that's Snape ;). And yeah, he knew Mathew wasn't all innocent. Thank-you, and you're right...he certainly doesn't hate Harry as much as he is trying to convince himself that he does hehe. Glad to hear it, will update soon. -Mel :)
Author's Response: Jessirose85, Awww, thanks!! I'm pleased to hear those comments. I will add more asap. Probably tomorrow. -Mel :)
Author's Response: B00kw0rm92, It's more of a case of "inaction" rather than "turning a blind eye to possibility". Dumbledore believes that the boys are actually not doing too badly, so yeah. Thanks, glad to hear it! -Mel :)
9/10 Author's Response: Jessirose85, Thanks, and yeah he does now...although he doesn't know the finer details just yet. Ooh, nice rating...thanks! -Mel :)
-P.G. Author's Response: P.G, Thank-you! I know what you mean, although it's not because he thinks that someone else will handle the problem but it's more of the fact that he is unsure of the direction to take it. If he gets enough clues or reasons to be concerned, you can bet that he will not be doing nothing about it. Thanks, pleased to hear it and will update asap. -Mel :)
Author's Response: B00kw0rm92, Hehe, glad to hear it! And yeah, I agree. Thanks, will update asap. -Mel :)
Author's Response: S.S, Thanks. Will be updating asap. -Mel :)
Author's Response: Alifromnm, Really? Thanks, glad to hear it. Draco had done Harry's hair so it looked quite different, so Snape thought he didn't actually look like a Potter clone, but now that his hair is back to normal he looks a lot more like James and Snape is annoyed for getting his hopes up. Because to Snape, if the boy looks like his father than he must be like him *grumbles*, well until he has evidence otherwise. Heh anyway yeah...thanks and I will! -Mel :) |
