Good for Severus taking the initiative. Hopefully they'll gradually get to make the father /son relationship work now. I like your Ginny better than many versions - its easy to see why Harry is attracted to her.

Aw, that was so sweet.
I love how you've kept Sev a little domineering, but trying to be a good father to Harry, but not quite knowing how to.
I loved that Ginny and Harry interaction too. Very sweet.
Can't wait to read the next chappie.
Oh no!! Poor Harry, and poor Severus.
Doesn't Harry realise that Severus making this request, means the opposite...that he can't bear the thought of losing the son, that he only just found!!
