Well this Severus isn't real and is further unlikely to not figure it out entirely or else be further prevented from interveneing. Draco is unlikly to get over his jealousy anytime soon seeing as he's being reminded of more things Harry has that he doesn't and as a child who got any item he wished for, it really agitates him. As for the last question, maybe...maybe not? *shrugs*. Thanks for the review.
