I liked this chapter. It is nice to see this "family" pulling together. Yes, I agreee, Harry should decide to do something else with his life.....not what everyone expects. Thank you for the update.

Awww. I love the way the boys are talking about the adoption openly like that, and yet still don't really know why the other is doing it. Very sweet. And Severus tucking Harry into bed was a lovely scene. Love the banter between them too, just perfect. Can't wait for the next chapter ^^

That was such a fun, happy chapter. I laughed out loud during the scene with Harry and the elf and the laundry. Especially when he called himself a full-wit. Hahahaha! :D
The daydreaming thing was interesting. So that's why Snape was so pleased that that was what harry was doing.
I thought it was sweet when Harry came to Snape after his nightmare, saying how he wasn't six anymore. The bantering between them about the nursing home was cute. I could never see Snape in a nursing home. He wouldn't stand for it at all. ;-)
Great chapter, as usual. I'm really looking forward to the next one or so, where I am assuming we'll get the adoption discussion. I love this story! :D

Have I mentioned how much I am in love with this fic? It features, in my opinion, characterisations of Harry and Severus that are EXACTLY as they would've been if circumstances had played out like this. I LOVE this relationship and the way you've been building it. An update from you is always a welcome godsend for me to enjoy a rarity; good, quality writing. Keep it coming!
Mean of Harry to tease Severus like that, but I suppose I can't blame him. I'm pretty sure that I know what his answer will be.
I'm really glad that Harry decided to go to Severus when he had his bad dream; it showed a measure of trust. I know that Severus appreciated it. No matter how old you are; it's always good to have someone to go to.

Someone's excited! haha Harry can be very sweet when he is happy and carefree. He has finally found a true home and it shows.
I liked that Severus knew how to "borrow" cable for awhile to watch afternoon movies. Oh, how the oompah loompas scared me when I was younger...
Harry can be very perceptive, considering his gift for guessing such crucial aspects of Snape's past so easily. I wonder if Severus will reveal to him the depth of his connection to Lily?
I think your Snape is fantastic, by the way. He's still his old stern and snarky self, yet he is caring and gentle with his charge. He really does make an excellent father for Harry (far better than Sirius, in my opinion).

I love the way Sev and Harry are so natural together. He has to say yes! Sev seems like a true parent and harry a normal teenager, love the line, don't run with scissors, same applies to wands in your mouth!
