I love it. The way that Harry becomes Elliot. And the six year old! Snape and Harry are so good to each other. I would say hurry up with the sequel!

I loved this story and can't wait for more. Your interpretation of the characters is witty and full of depth, making for an interesting read. I do have a question though, what is the translation of Elliot on the wooden plaque? I didn't understand what that was? A type of russian translation?? Could you please explain. Thanks for sharing such a good story.
Author's Response: Yeah, it was Elliot written in the cyrillic alphabet, which apparently does not work here. Whoops. :)
I really like the way you're weaving in the alternative version of events for book 6. I can't believe this part is finished. I'm greatly looking forward to the next part. I hope they'll take some travels in the future I think you have an absolute gift for describing a setting. Thanks for the great read.

What a way to end, Elliot Snape is now Sevs son. Great chapter. Can't wait to read more about this family.

This was a great story. I've enjoyed every chapter and would love to read more. At the very least I'd like to see a Severus and Elliot post-war one shot.

Loved this. I hope you're planning a sequel.
Great story.
Back to school, that aught to be interesting. Love the ending 'bloody cockroach' haha.
That was a nice wrap up to the summer. I'm glad Harry got adopted and I thought the way he decorated his room was very cool. You can tell he's really begun to take pride in his new father and feels quite at home. :-)
I think the name thing is cool, how Snape will occasionally call Harry "Elliot" instead. That's sweet. Harry mentally renaming the coffee to "Dad's bag of coffee" was a nice touch also.
This was a very good story. I'm sorry to see it end, but am excited that you plan on continuing this universe with a sequel. I can't wait!
I guess it turned out to be quite a good thing that Harry ended up drunk in Stockport this summer, didn't it? ;-)
An excellent way for this first part to end. I agree with Elliot's assessment that he isn't really a Potter. He has no real memories of his birth family and one could hardly call him a Dursley (a curse on any who would dare). He will be far happier as Elliot Snape.
I wonder if he will tell Hermione and Ron about the adoption or will he keep it a secret even from his closest friends? I suppose I will find out in the sequel, for which I am waiting breathlessly.
Great story!
