I very much hope the plot bunnies visit you soon! this is a very good story in my opinion, and i think it could make for a very good novela. Keep up the great work!

    Author's Response:

Thanks so much for taking the time to review! Given that it's my first foray into HP fiction, I've been more nervous than Longbottom in Potions ever since I posted it.

I'm definitely contemplating continuing this storyline, though possibly as a series of related standalones more than a continuous story.

Just waiting for the plot bunnies to come out of hiding. They seem to be afraid I'll either turn them into bunny stew, or let them be used as potions ingredients.

Oh what a start to your story! It's excellent. I particularly like your very-in-character Snape.

    Author's Response:

    My first review! *squeals*

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your opinion, especially with regard to my characterization of Snape.

I actually thought he'd be harder to write, honestly, but I realized over the course of the chapter that his responses to most things are pretty much a British version of my own attitudes.

I'm seriously considering continuing this storyline, maybe not as one continuous story, but a series of standalones.

I'm just waiting for my plot bunnies to realize they're not going to be chopped up for use in potions (or a nice potato and bunny stew, in my case) and come out of hiding.
