Reviews For Thus Saith the Lord
And? Then? You horrible, evil person - you can't just LEAVE it there! It's... it's... it's inhumane! It's cruel! Where's the rest, DAGNABIT? ... *cough* I mean, awesome start! Please continue. ^^ Author's Response: I'm evil, yes. Thank you. **sweeping bow** Hee hee, but it's so fun to watch you all rip your hair out in aggravation of a hanging end! Lord knows I've suffered it enough myself as a reader, I should be able to do it you all as well, right? ;) I will be updating, but probably not for a couple weeks at least. I'm only about 1/4 way done with the next chapter, although I have it pretty much all planned out. Not to mention that this next week I will be doing one of three things: 1) Living at Fair (we have livestock there) 2) Living at work 3) Cleaning my room so my mother doesn't kill me. Fun times, eh? After the 4-H Fair, the beginning of August, things will settle down immensely and I can get seriously cracking on the story. So not to worry, there will be an update! Just not for a bit. Please be sure to review the next too! :D
Author's Response: I know, I know! I still get chills every time I re-read it, and I wrote it! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it was intense. It was intense writing it. I will plege to work my hardest on swift updates, but alas, RL tends to oft get in the way. And I won't be releasing chapters until they reach a decent length (my goal is 3000 wpc), so my guess is updates will be kind of slow. Particularly once school starts back up in a few weeks, I'm thinking probably once a month. **cringes from soaring rotten apples and tomatoes** Don't hurt me! Yes, kind of upsetting, but I'd rather go for quality than quantity for updates. Thank you for the review!
Yeah, there goes speechlessness. Ha. Stunning and beautiful (in a very, very twisted sort of way) story! Author's Response: Thank you so much for the speechlessness! Or lack thereof. lol Snape is there, even in Chapter 1, although he is not named in this Chapter. He will be having a very large part in the following chapters, including the next, in which you will figure out where he was in the first. Please keep reviewing! Reviews are pure gold.
I'm dying to know if he had been under some sort of spell, to agree to take the Dark Mark. Beautifully written, and I'm anxious to read more. Author's Response: Yes, "poor Harry" indeed. And it will only get worse, I will warn you. Although I wasn't intending it be Horror genre when I came up with the idea, it took a dramatic turn on its own and now is definitely a very dark story. Hopefully everyone will stay in for the long haul. Regrettably, you won't learn the answer to your question until the very end, which is a while in coming. Be assured though, that all will eventually be made clear. An update is coming, just not for a while - the story's kind of slow in coming at this section. I have many scenes already planned out word-for-word, but this next chapter is not one of those easy ones. Oddly enough I tend to get my best inspirations while standing in line in the Dining Hall at college... Maybe that's why this is coming so hard, since I'm not there for the summer.
