So this is really the Black Lake? And that poor cat again. Or another one. And Hagrid is... At least Snape has realized that something is not quite as it should be with Harry, although I'm not sure where Harry expects to get food if the kitchens are also underwater. Will the house elves figure into the rescue, given that they can "pop" when wizards can't Apparate inside Hogwarts' wards?

I really like this. Normally this kind of things are pretty far from home bet seeing as I live about 2 km from the dike and the water surface on the other side is as high as the roof of my house. This is actually possible. My friend lives next to the dike so for her it's even more possible. pretty weird to consider
Yay! Snape found Harry! And the cat seems to have survived, as well, lol.

Why doesn't Harry accio his broom like he did in Goblet of Fire? It seems like there is a giant plot hole in that it seems the characters have all collectively forgotten that there are brooms in towers that aren't flooded.
Maybe this will be explained later?

I was surprised that no one was looking out the windows for Harry and Snape since the Slytherins knew that they were outside the castle in the flood. Guess the answer to that will be coming up. I lived through a flood that put 4 feet of water in our house when I was around 20 so I can really relate to the fear the characters are feeling in your story.
Snape is so incredibly aggravating. I love him but sometimes I want to smack him. Hmm...I wonder why the school is flooding :P
Very good 2nd chapter. Hope Harry gets some food in him soon.
I still want to know what cause the school to flood. That be some weather :P.
I wouldn't mind seeing a chapter with the other students or maybe how the Slytherins reacted when Harry disappeared and what they are thinking right now. Maybe the other Grifindors.
I want Snape to see that Harry is mistreated during the summer and after spending time with him and seeing the real Harry not James's son that I hope in the end when if they all survive he takes Harry in.
