maybe them find another student or animal on there way, or have harry use some secrect passagw ay snape dosen't know about toget them higher up. more please!
I loved the image of Harry falling into the rowboat and laughing. That definitely would be his response, I think. The dynamic between Snape and Harry is good as well. No wonder Harry is having such a tough time rowing though, having been starved all summer. The descriptions are great - it sure sounds like this flood is a bad one. But where is all the water coming from? And let us hope the giant squid doesn't come knocking! Oh, and couldn't they used aguamenti to get fresh water to drink, at least? Harry wouldn't know the charm yet, though, but Snape would. Although, he probably wasn't paying much attention to Harry's complaint. Good thing they found shelter. Lets hope the water doesn't rise any, otherwise they'll be in a pretty bad state! Of course ... I suppose they could use bubblehead charms long enough to get out, but it would be a heck of a swim! Anyway, enough rambling ... great chapter!
