Great chapter, JA. I loved Draco's whole attitude about rescuing people, acting as though every little thing irritates him. Now if the adults would just get the acts together and start planning instead of just survuving!
Maybe escape by floo in one of the common rooms? This chapters was interesting. Hopefully Draco can find everyone else. And maybe next chapter more Snape and Harry? I can never get enough. Btw fast update! I wish all stories updated that quickly. Hope I see another chapter soon (:
There is one escape route that would be easily accessible and that would be by floo. Even if the school itself lost all its own floo powder the act of summoning it would likely garner results. I would try to find some way to explain why they won't do this beyond the fact that they don't know anywhere safe since places as far away as kings cross would not likely be flooded over those long distances.
Draco's bout of heroism was unexpected though good to read about. I liked the idea of fishing to help add to the food supply. I'm looking forward to finding out what caused such a major flood.
:) I am glad all seem to be ok for now. Draco is being very gryffindor he has Harry all wrong too. Oh well they will all see once this disaster is over.
Another great chapter--I have to admit "I love Draco" the prat. So, He's off looking for more survivors? Hope he stays well and is successful. And someone thought about fishing! Cool! I love to fish.

I really liked Draco's thoughts. While Draco being all heroic is a little hard to imagine, but seeing as he realized just how crazy it was for him to be doing that, it fit better. Mind you, he was saving his own skin by going after Harry! Where is he though? If he had to be added to the missing list, did he go after Harry again? I really enjoyed this chapter. Best one yet, in my opinion! I may be biased. Draco is one of my favourite characters, slimy as he is. Ahh ... fishing! Clever! I really liked the descriptions of the flooded castle and grounds. It would be a sight to see, alright!
