Oh gosh, I had to wrack my brains to remember what had happened with Harry and Amanda earlier! That's what I get for reading stories during finals ... A bit confusing with the time changes sometimes, but whether that's the story or me I'll never know. I really liked Marcus' concern for his sister, and I like Amanda. She's sweet. Looking forward to more!

Great story! I like the premise: will a natural disaster affect Hogwarts castle. We all know that it will affect the castle's inhabitants.
I especially liked how the professors kept calm, and how Snape realized that his dungeon domain would be the first affected, if worst came to worst, and advised his Slytherins gather what they wanted to have and be ready to leave at a moment's notice. I approve that he will seal the area after it's evacuated, so no one can get trapped in there. In the unlikelyhood that the castle repels the lava, locking down the dungeons assures the Slytherins that the belongings they don't want to take with them in the emergency will not be left free for the pilfering.
I look forward to the next chapter.

Wow who would have though Marcus was such a nice big brother. I am also glad that Harry is with her and is trying to help her.
If the hospital wing is safe from Natural disaster why don't they expand it and place the whole student body in there? Just giving my point of view.
Author's Response: because i dont think everyone knows that. im sure albus was told once upon a time but his age its possible he forgit. poppy would know because its her domain. i will explain the reasonings i suppose in the next chapter or authors note.

I really like the story but I am find parts confusing to read. It seems to jump from one time to another. The plot is good and I like the introduction of Amanda. I look forward to the next chapter.

Oh Wow, some how I missed you posting the first couple of chapters. Thanks for sharing your story--I'm liking it alot. We have a few of these disaster stories and I haven't found one I don't like.
