Interesting chapter, so how much change will the blood adoption do to Harry? Author's Response: Yes, it was for the interview with his grandfather, and she let Hermione borrow it because Hermione asked. I think that the girl is vain enough to concede to let Hermione borrow a beauty product, even if all she does is crow about how she's responsible for how much improved Hermione's appearance is. The blood adoption will probably not cause much change, though, initially I had not written anything with regard to the actual adoption process, as my main focus was Severus, and how this whole thing has changed him. Author's Response: Indeed - women quite often rule the roost. Thank you so much for reading, and for taking the time to write a review. :-) I'm glad that you think grandpa Prince seems lovable and funny. I know he's quite a bit different from Severus, but hopefully it shows how differently Severus might have ended up had he been raised in a loving family.
Author's Response: Thank you; I'm glad that you enjoyed Severus' feelings as he looked in the mirror, and that he seemed to clean up well. Sometimes people allow their spouses to control whom they do and do not contact (I've seen it and lived through it), so for me, this is something that makes sense moreso than Prince just showing up out of the woodwork without having a reason as to why he's just suddenly showing up in Severus' life. I'm hoping that you will enjoy the next chapter (as soon as it is verified). I'm glad that you enjoyed how I wrote Ron and Hermione in this chapter (I had some negative feedback for that in particular, so I'm glad that at least one other person, aside from myself, liked it).
