I love the tryout scene. I also like the way you portray the angst Harry feels in trying to figure out how to best impress Snape.

Thank you very good angst with lovely side stories with his, almost, friends!
Harry really is determined. Too bad he is so focused on Snape that he isn't enjoying any of his accomplishments.
Nice that Harry now has friends. Its a shame he overheard Snape, although at least the man was trying to say the right things to help his son, which could be a good thing if Harry also turns out to be his.
Aw, poor Harry. I hope that he is successful in finding proof that he is Snape's son as well.
Nice twist on Canon.
