Very good story, but even though you fixed a lot of grammar....it still needs some work.
I highly recommend looking at present vs. past tense. For example... Instead of 'he tries to.' It should be 'he tried to'

Oh, poor Harry!!! But where are Ron and Hermione? Surely they care. I loved your descriptions and the part with Lily, Sirius and James. I am so glad that Snape found Harry. He really needs help! Go, Snape, go!
WOOOOOOOW that was an awesome first chapter. It really sucks you in and makes you want more. Makes you want to know how Snape found him or when he found him? What everyone's reaction was to not finding him anywhere in the school or train ride?
