This is so well written it's always a pleasure, and worth a wait, to see a new chapter arrive in the recent list. I'm glad you've made Albus misguided rather than evil, and am looking forward to more - especially considering where you've left us!

I like how you have Albus as flawed and anything but omniscient, and therefore not so much an evil person, just somehow thinking he could juggle several dozen things at once.
IF only he had delegated a bit ......
Author's Response: Yes, I know I'm evil ;). I always hated evil Albus, even if a story is really good, evil Albus always turns me off. I'm trying to keep his character as close to canon as possible.

Whoo! Great chapter! Of course Harry would get into mischief like this. I wonder how far away Harry will get before he gets caught. Love how Snape wants guardianship of Harry. I'm so glad that Dumbledore didn't know the extent of the abuse Harry went through, and it was very gratifying to read him saying that he would take Harry in himself had he known. I can believe that. Perhaps his relationship with Harry can heal afterall But who will find Harry - I really hope he won't get in too much trouble before they get him! Great chapter. Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! Harry will get pretty far; it'd be so boring otherwise :). Yes, I really couldn't stand to make Dumbledore evil, I hate that.
Aww. Too bad about the last few weeks. I hope it gets better. I was glad that Harry started to open up to Snape about the worst of the abuse. Severus must have been livid after hearing Harry's story. He already has Harry's trust so guardianship seems like the next logical step.
