woo-hoo!!!! way to go harry!!!! you rock!!!! on the other hand. RIP when snape gets you.
Author's Response: Oh, yes, Snape is going to be LIVID.
You're so evil, stopping there.
I like how you have Albus as flawed and anything but omniscient, and therefore not so much an evil person, just somehow thinking he could juggle several dozen things at once.
IF only he had delegated a bit ......
Author's Response: Yes, I know I'm evil ;). I always hated evil Albus, even if a story is really good, evil Albus always turns me off. I'm trying to keep his character as close to canon as possible.

Whoo! Great chapter! Of course Harry would get into mischief like this. I wonder how far away Harry will get before he gets caught. Love how Snape wants guardianship of Harry. I'm so glad that Dumbledore didn't know the extent of the abuse Harry went through, and it was very gratifying to read him saying that he would take Harry in himself had he known. I can believe that. Perhaps his relationship with Harry can heal afterall But who will find Harry - I really hope he won't get in too much trouble before they get him! Great chapter. Thanks for the update!
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! Harry will get pretty far; it'd be so boring otherwise :). Yes, I really couldn't stand to make Dumbledore evil, I hate that.
Aww. Too bad about the last few weeks. I hope it gets better. I was glad that Harry started to open up to Snape about the worst of the abuse. Severus must have been livid after hearing Harry's story. He already has Harry's trust so guardianship seems like the next logical step.
Author's Response: Awww, thanks for that :) Yeah, Snape is fuming, and Harry's little escapade certainly isn't helping.
Brilliant chapter! Can't wait for the next ond!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! Hopefully I won't have to keep you waiting too long. Just pray that my computer gets fixed.
I just read this whole thing through, and my is it addicting! I just love stories where Harry is homeless for a bit, and even though we didn't get to really see his time on the streets, I'm fascinated with how you're presenting his recovery after the fact while with Snape. I hope you update on a regular basis because I can't wait to read more!
This is such a good story. Trust is growing slowly and in steps. Great to see that happening. Interesting question, how did they die.
Also find interesting is that Albus assumes he knows these thing.
your welcome!!!! i can't wait!!!! :)
You're such a wonderful writer, thank you for this story!
At first I was a bit hesitant with your take on Harry, as he seemed very dark and without the obvious gryffindor bravado. However, as you reveal more and more about his past, and why he's behaving as he does it really all works together.
Also the pacing is spot on, not a boring chapter in the bunch! I look forward to reading more :]
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like the story.
What a fabulous story, so glad Harry is starting to accept a bit of touch, so want Snape to give him a hug! I think his gradual move to trusting snape is realistic, only hope there wont be too much of a glitch if/when he finds out about his parents and the prophecy. keep em coming!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I already have that scene planned out... but it won't be for a while.
