So Harry has a new familiar. I wonder if Hedwig is still in the picture? She may not appreciate Fluffy.
Author's Response: I consider the more mundane (toad, cat, owl) familiars to be quite different, because they aren't linked to the wizard/witches magical core. I think it takes a truly elder species of creature such as the Cerberus to do such a thing. At least, that's the logic for this story universe so Hedwig is perfectly fine. :).
