Wow, you're voldy is way more cruel than the real one. Though i suppose that's logical as you're story defintely isn't a childrens story. I feel sad for Cissy though.

Oh, creepy. Just creepy. That's what Bellatrix gets for getting too cozy with the Dark Lord though, her family gets hurt. Bellatrix is crazy and not in care of her own faculties though. The Dark Lord is so gross. Poor Lucius, his life is just falling apart. Poor, poor Narcissa! I wonder how Draco is doing, and how he feels about the Dark Lord after getting to know him, or at least hearing about some of the things he does. Will Draco revolt and turn to Dumbledore? That could be interesting.
I am so glad that Lily and Jilly know about Voldemort and some of the problems Snape and Harry face. It will help them to understand. I hope that Lily is up to the task of the danger being involved with these two Wizards would bring to her life. I can't help but feel that she and her daughter are going to find themselves in the middle of trouble.

I too feel that Draco (and the entire Malfoy family) have a role to play, although I'm not quite sure EXACTLY what it is yet. So Severus managed to fool Voldemort again. I'm glad that Sev has the support of those he loves. He needs it. The whole chapter makes one wonder what would ever compel someone to become a Death Eater.
Author's Response: Yes, he managed to get out of a tight spot yet again, thank goodness! And I think what draws people to become a Death Eater is one of two things: 1.) They have been outcasts their entire lives and want to belong; or 2.) They can see Voldemort's power and want a piece of it for themselves. Although I haven't written it in this story, as cruel as the Dark Lord is, I'm sure he can be just as giving to his Death Eaters when things are going his way. Thank you so much for the review!

Another wonderful chapter! I can't believe how well Severus was able to talk his way out of that situation. Can't wait to read more!!

And yes, Sev easily could have been killed if his cunning Slytherin side hand't taken over (although I like to think that he also had a glimpse at a Gryffindor side that he didn't know existed, as his unruffled and composure stemmed directly from the fact that he would do anything possible to protect his new family. If that's not Gryffindor bravery, then I don't know what is!) Thank you for the review!! :)
Voldmort dealt with Bellatrix, that was harsh.. Feel for narcissa, don't think Bella would trade position, and if the situation was reverse!
