Reviews For Right in Front of Me (Book 1)
It's going to be more difficult for Snape and Harry to reconcile/grow together now. I think it's interesting, how you're having Harry have protective feelings of Severus, and not just the other way around. Author's Response: Yeah... poor guys. They both have some issues that they need to work out before they can grow together as a family. Hopefully all will go well, but I guess we'll see... ;) Thank you for the review!
Author's Response: Gawww, thanks. I know, poor Snape... He just can't catch a break. But stick with me, I promise it will be worth it!! Thank you for the review! :)
Author's Response: Yes, terrifying is an understatement. I practically tore the hospital apart to get to him. But thank the good Lord, all is well and he's on the mend now. And you're completely right about Sev... His sense of self-worth is unhealthy at best, completely non-existent at worst. The poor guy has been through a lot in his life... Thank goodness he's got people with his best interest now in his corner!! We'll see what happens. Thank you for the review! :)
Author's Response: I'm so glad you like it. Thank YOU for reading! :)
First, I am so glad that Severus is back, and mostly physically okay. But so tormented. You did a fantastic job conveying that. Wow. And now Harry knows, knows the secret Snape probably keeps about self harming himself. oh geee, I am so worried about what will happen next. What a mess. But it is the worse messes that bring people together the strongest. Severus really, really needs help. I wish Harry had been able to call for Madame Pomfrey. I also still hope that they can save Parvarti. Poor girl. I really hope that Remus will be able to help lead a rescue mission. She desperately needs to be saved. How is Lucius Malfoy's eye? Is he really blinded in that eye now? Perhaps he will get a magical replacement like Mad-eye Moody. He;s got to be in his own private hell now. Fantastic chapter, I love this story. Thank you so much for finding time to write between your busy life and the sudden events that rocked your world. Take your time; we'll be grateful for whatever and whenever you are able to write and update. Author's Response: Yeah... Both of our boys just don't seem to realize how much they need each other, do they? But as you so eloquently said, it is the worst messes that truly bring people together. And sadly, yes, Lucious is blinded in that eye for good. As Dumbledore (and Snape, for that matter) have shown - dark magic leaves traces. I hadn't considered the magical eye replacement, but hmmmm... That's an interesting tidbit. Perhaps I'll have to see if I can fit that in. Thank you so much for the review! :)
Author's Response: Gah!! Right?! It was both exhilarating and difficult to write, but I'm glad you liked it. Thank you so much for the review! :)
Also, I'm so glad you're husband is okay! I hope he recovers quickly. And no worries; family and work should always be a priority, so take your time with the story! But I will be eagerly awaiting the next update :) Author's Response: Thank you so much for the sweet words about the hubby - I'm SO glad to say that he is recovering well, though definitely not fast enough for his taste, lol. He had surgery a week ago and wants to be back up to speed, like, yesterday. But he's getting better every day. :) I'm also so pleased that you're liking the story!! It's been such a pleasure to write, and I can't tell you how much I love the fact that people are enjoying it as much as I am. There's been a few haters, but you can't please everyone, and I wouldn't change a thing. Because DAMMIT, Snape deserves a little bit of happiness!! lol. Thank you so much for the review! :)
Author's Response: Awww, thanks for reaching out. I'm SO happy that you're liking the story!! :)
Author's Response: I like YOU!! :)
Author's Response: I know, right? Don't you just want to reach out and hug him, even if he'd hex you for doing it? lol :} |
