Summary: Petunia never got over her wish to be a witch. When the first Hogwarts letter arrives for Harry, Petunia knows what it is. She devises a plan to send Dudley instead of Harry as the boy who lived. She colors his hair and puts him on a diet (a little!) and presents him to Hagrid when he arrives to take the boy shopping. Finally she has her chance to bask in the fame she believes she deserves. What will happen when Dudley arrives at Hogwarts? Will anyone suspect that something is wrong? And just what will the Dursleys do (nothing too extreme please) with the real Harry?

Summary: On Dumbledore's orders, Severus Snape is sent to Little Whinging for damage control when a young Harry Potter finds himself on top of the school roof. Not only has he apparated there in front of most the school and cannot get down, but the ministry has caught wind of his display and has sent their own representative to investigate with authorization to take control of the boy should it be needed. Who? None other than Dolores Umbridge. Severus has his work cut out for him.

Summary: Young Harry Potter is uncertain of how the summer will turn out. The professor is always gone for the school year and rarely seen during summers leaving Harry in the care of his governess.
But now the governess is leaving and he will have to spend the summer in the sole care of the dour man. Circumstances are sure to be rough before they get better.
And will he finally get the answer to why exactly the Professor came to collect him from the Durlsey's 2 years ago to have him live in his house?

Summary: Sirius is seriously affected by Azkaban and never really grew up. In fact, it amplified his immature and cruel personality. Somehow he is still given custody of Harry after he escapes (and is cleared, or he could get released, potentially early). Harry is forced to care for them both as Sirius is cares nothing for the boy's clothing, food and shelter, only the monthly stipend he receives for him. Sirius does what pleases himself and becomes wrapped up in all sorts of criminal activities that creates a very undesirable home environment for Harry.
Will Snape notice that something is wrong? Is Harry on his way to become a juvenile delinquent without a proper caring and guiding adult? This is not meant to be a nice story and I don't see Sirius greatly improving his behavior.

Summary: Draco Malfoy overhears that Harry is hearing voices 2nd year. The ministry gets involved and seizes the opportunity to take custody of Harry in order to control and mold him to their liking. Harry is a pretty resilient kid so they end up subjecting him to some powerful (and harmful) mind magic possibly in an institution. Dumbledore and Snape are working around the clock to get Harry out/returned/back to normal after he is found to be non-responsive or withdrawn due to the ministry's treatment. Maybe throw a little Umbridge in there too to make it harder to get to Harry.

Summary: Hogwarts professors take turns supervising the students during recess times. On several occasions Snape finds Harry severely underdressed for the weather. Will he keep getting the boy in trouble, or eventually look deeper into the issue?

Summary: James is dead, Sirius is a ruthless criminal (he was not put in Azkaban originally) , Lupin is poor and depressed, and Peter is hiding out as a rat. Lily survived, but blames Harry for her husband's death and does not treat him nicely (neglect, psychologically abusing, maybe physical etc). Severus on the other hand is living a successful life. He is smart, good looking, a strict but fair teacher, and the students respect him.
What will he do when Harry enters Hogwarts at 11 and reminds him of his childhood bully? We he see past it and discover the boy's neglectful/abusive home life, or will he only see his perfect Lily manipulating him into thinking she's a perfect parent?

Takes place during Umbridge's rein of Hogwarts. Harry is in trouble but can't directly communicate his problem because Umbridge and/or ministry officials are there. When Snape gets involved Harry keeps addressing him as "Sir?" clueing him in to the fact that something isn't right. This time he takes appropriate action.

After the 4th task ministry officials and the other mentors gang up on Harry. They do not believe that he is telling the truth and demand Veritaserum. Who else to administer it than Snape? He can clearly see that Harry is terrified, injured, and is in fact telling the truth. As they force Harry into the chair to pour the serum down his throat will he let his feelings go and help the boy, stand aside and watch, or use the opportunity to weasel out more "truths?"

Summary: Eileen is alive and lives close to the Dursleys. She has some type of relationship to Severus where they write letters or occasionally talk. She keeps going on about the poor boy from the neighborhood, always willing to help with yard/housework, always hungry, seems abused or neglected-but so sweet. Severus thinks she might be getting a bit demented in her old age. When Severus finally comes to visit over the summer he discover the identity of the mystery boy- Harry Potter. Can take place any time, or over several years.
