- Great fic! Loved seeing how the different houses worked! Definitely the most balanced and interesting take I've seen.
Got a kick out of Snape shouting at Dumbledore. I also liked how you get the feeling that there's a lot going on in Draco's life that is under the surface.
Author's Response: I have always thought Draco had his reasons for being how he was, and in my various fics I've enjoyed thinking up different variations of his backstory to explain his behavior.
Harry threw a snowball and it hit Snape in the back of the head, which started a chain of events no one thought possible. Entry for round 3 of the first ever Tri-Writing Tournament on P&S. - I'm a big strong reader that rarely gets emotional reading something and now I'm all misty eyed and ugly red and I got some major feels from this. Man. Great read.
Snape wants to be Slytherin's new head of house. Harry wants a home. Dumbledore has a plan for these two. If Snape can prove he can take care of the 9 year old, the job is his. But taking care of a kid isn't as easy as it looks. As the young dark eyed Potions Professor tries to do his best, Harry learns what it means to have a good guardian, even if he isn't a perfect one.

- This is adorable. I really love reading about this little Harry and his kid adventures. He's trying so hard too ;_; I've been so entertained with this and laughed so hard when Severus threw the toys in the fire. I'm still in stitches. Poor kid.
This is the first story I've read where Harry is staying at the castle, and I like seeing how the staff interact with him. In general, I like how you write the staff in your fics. I've been having a lot of fun this week, digging through your fics.
