I am an avid fanfic reader (really, I spend way too much time reading); as long as it's not slash or MA. Someday I'll get around to writing, perhaps. Illness gives me a lot of down time, and grief from recent losses tends to bog me down even more.     Very delightful take on things! You even managed to make Harry's chores something fun for him. Even though the Dursley's were awful, he enjoyed cooking so it wasn't so traumatizing for him. Love it!

It was an absolute blast to write, and I finally got to use my childhood experience of being tumbled around on the bottom of the ocean (and the terror of nearly drowning) in a story!     I'm surprised I haven't read this before! Did it in one go (I binge read... Can't see stand to let a story go until I know the ending). Very enjoyable! I didn't comment on each chapter, but they're all great. Only sad that Harry can't live with Snape.
